This little gun worked flawlessly. I read from a few reviews the lid is loose on the gun. The lid on mine fit tight and did not leak at all. I did tape it down with 1 peice of blue tape just to be sure, but i doubt I needed it. The adjustments were nice. The fact you have several spray tips was also a plus. I ran laquer through it when i was done and then took it apart and cleaned it. It worked great the second time I sprayed with it too. ... show more

I sprayed new gel-coat on my bass boat and this spray gun did it's job! I only sprayed the top edges so did not have a lot of gel-coat to go around. I needed a thick layer with little over spray. Took small adjustments once I swapped the spray gun to over to 2.5 size. Very pleased with it's job!

Took me a bit to get it set right but once it's on the mark you know it. I'm not real sure I like that cup lid that will pop off if your air hose bumps it or something else hits the edge of it. I was using in an inflatable paint booth so when I ducked and went inside the second time, I just barely touched the zipper on the opening causing the lid to come off and hit the bottom of the booth. Luckily the booth was new and clean, and I only had about a half cup of lacquer primer in it so I got lucky and didn't make a huge mess. Lesson learned though. Easy to use otherwise. Clean nozzle with thinner and dry with compressed air after every coat. I always shoot a little thru the gun then dump the rest in my brush cleaning jar. Waiting for warmer weather so I can finish the project I bought it for. ... show more

Gun looked great but never got to use it. Pressure gauage was broken when delivered so I decided to spend money on another one. Would have loved to try it out but seems like it has some weak/cheap areas. brokem

I ordered two of these because the first box looked like it had been drug behind a “just married” car for 50 miles. The paint canister was bent and the pieces inside were questionable to say the least. I ordered another one because it was next day delivery, the box was still bent but nothing was bent inside. Upon trying to replace one of the needle tips, I couldn’t even get the main nozzle off with the wrench provided, nor a bench vise and mallet for that matter. What did come loose was the outermost surround which is not supposed to come off…. Sending both of them back and spending more on a quality spray g^n. ... show more
