I already had tons of reusable grocery bags, but very few of them are actually sturdy enough to carry anything heavy and do not hold shape when being filled. I co-teacher bought these and highly recommended them. If a co-teacher says something is worth buying, you can trust the recommendation, us teachers will not recommend things that don’t make our lives easier. They are exactly as described. They have a sturdy bottom liner that can be removed for cleaning and to fold up for storage. This shopping tote is a wee bit smaller, but is exactly what I was looking for! These are nice, well made grocery bags. My only disappointment is that I assumed they'd be as tall as my previous grocery carriers. They are about 2-3 inches too short to comfortably accommodate/support many of my grocery items.
