These fit true to size. I am 5-3 and 120 and got a medium, and they were too big. So order your true size, I needed a small. However they are so soft and the thick waistband is super comfortable. These fit well, don’t roll down at the waist or ride up on the leg, and are super comfortable. So much so that I ordered more of them. They’ve held up well in the wash and the side pockets are great for holding your phone, keys, or other small items. The pockets are big enough to fit my phone securely and don’t weigh the shorts down on that side. I wear them as exercise shorts and also under dresses to reduce chafing. Honestly, these fit and feel wonderful. Good length with some nice pockets. If I was just doing this review when I got them it would be an easy 5* for this price point. But it's been a few months and I've been wearing these both casually and for working out. The material's thinness means that it'll eventually lose it's shape in the pocket area. The stitching is already starting to fray and pill a little bit. Always air drying them and wearing them a few times before washing in cold water. This in contrast with some "brand name" workout shorts that have been holding up well for years. So if sustainability is your preference maybe wait for sales on higher end stuffs? ... show more

These are good for what they are--bike shorts. These kind of shorts are made to be tight, so I got a size larger than I do for normal shorts. I wish they were a little longer. They ride up a little, so they are not as long as the 8-inch cotton workout shorts that are the same brand. They are still longer than most that you find in stores these days, though. ... show more
