I wanted to get more active while still spending a huge amount of time at a keyboard and listening to podcasts, so I purchased this. It has worked really well so far. No assembly needed, and it's light enough for me to pick up the end without the wheels, and easily wheel it around. It does roll smoothly, so no worries about having it on hardwood floors. I did buy a pad to go under it though. I am 5'7" and worried about having to shorted my stride to walk on it, but it is mot a problem. I am going to slap together a small table top or something to rest my arms on while using the keyboard - I have zoned out while walking and found myself trying to step on the front, off the back, or way off to the side. A small table or something will help keep me centered in place (I do not have a standing desk yet). It is quiet and seems well designed and well made, not the usual from China. I purchased the first one in 2021 and it's still in daily use for floor exercises and has withstood 3 years of weights being dropped on it. I decided to get a set of puzzle gym floor mats recently to expand my floor protection. Where the weights are dropped have already deformed them creating a trip hazard (less than 2 months). I decided to purchase another of this mat to set on top of the puzzle mat and it works superbly. It's heavy enough to push the bad area down and provides a more durable padding to protect the floor. This fitness mat is legit. I got it to protect my floors from my treadmill, and it works like a charm. Fits my treadmill perfectly and does the job. Seems super well-made - I bet it'll outlast the treadmill. No issues whatsoever, just a solid product.

It is good quality high density material that can be cut easily using box cutter. Mat edges stays flat and there's no squeeky sound while using the elliptical. Good buy for the price range. We use this under our spinning bike. The mat is sturdy but not super heavy, lies flat and folds easily if we need to move the bike. It protects the floor well, keeps sweat off the floor and cleans well for a textured mat (which is great for non-slip properties) and the dents the bike makes disappear if we move the bike regardless of how long the bike has been in one spot. I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness and durability for the price. Although it came rolled up, it still laid out nicely and was easy for us to transfer our treadmill to the pad without any trouble.

It’s a good walking mat, super affordable, and works as it should. It isn’t super loud and hasn’t gotten off track since I bought it a few months ago. It would be nice to be able to pause it rather than only on/off but I imagine you have to pay more for those type of features. I would recommend.
