I haven't used these products yet so I can't write a full review, however, I was not impressed when I unboxed it today. The nonstick finish on one of the round cake pans was bubbled and rough to the touch on the inside of the pan. That pan went in the trash. The bottom of one of the sheet pans was scratched. I'll use it but don't expect it to be long lasting. The other pans appear to be fine. The set gives a nice variety of pans but there is obviously poor quality control in this company. Some have mentioned giving this as a starter set gift for newlyweds but I'd be embarrassed to give this as a gift. The damage makes them look cheap. ... show more

Depending on what you're roasting (or baking) and what oil you're using, this set isn't completely non-stick and may involve some post-roast soaking and suds before you can put them away. My stress test was roasting diced rutabaga (an underappreciated low starch root vegetable) tossed in olive oil at 425 degrees.
