May 2024 Update: Without reaching out to this company - they reached out to me to apologize. They offered a full refund - or a replacement bag with no strings attached. I opted for the replacement and I'm happy the new one is holding up nicely. Sometimes products fail - and maybe that's what happened the first time. Overall - I'm very impressed with the customer service and I change my mind - you should give this company a chance and try out this bag. (Plus 1 star for the great customer service!) We carried this cooler 3 nights a week for 3 weeks with maybe 4 bottles of water, 3 cans, and a small bag of ice and the handles had already started ripping off and also it is definitely NOT leakproof!

I intended to use this as a 4 day a week work cooler carrying ice packs and about 6 bottles of water. the top loop came apart at the stitching noticeably on the second day of use and completely broke free on the second day of the second week.
