Peta Jane Back Tanning Applicator - this was a great tanning applicator. It was very soft and a great size and it made it easy to get my back. I have never used a back applicator before but am no stranger to tanning mits. I tried the tanning kit from the same brand and it is the same material. This allows my tanning mouse to get most 9f the parts of my back. I need a bit of practice and it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I am often home alone when tanning and need to get my back. There is one area I really can’t reach and I have tried a couple of these. I like this one the best. It is brown so doesn’t get stained. I like that it’s washable and doesn’t absorb the lotion while making sure it’s spread nicely.

I love how soft and plush this strap is. The length and the handles makes it perfect to reach across your back to get the self-tanning mousse in all the places you can’t normally reach. It does take some practice, though, to get the strap with mousse on it carefully in position to apply it to your back. Super soft tanning applicator, and nice and long too. I appreciate that this is the same fabric as the mitt, which I also got, so I can trust that when it gets all those hard to reach spots in the middle of my back, it's not going to be streaky there. But, that's not why I took 1 star away. For $18 - I think this applicator is a little expensive. You'll need to also buy a mitt - since this is only for the back and it's just easier to use a mitt for other areas of your body. The mitt is sold separately as well. I do like the velvety feel of this and it spreads the tanning mousse evenly. After using, rinse and hang to dry. HOPE THIS HELPS! ... show more

    • No more weird misses in the middle of your back
This is the same material as a tanning mitt which works great. That's typically how I apply my tanning mousse. I also always end up with a weird square on my back where my hand cant get from any angle or direction. This fixed that so fast.
