Received this item and contacted the original manufacturer, they told me to look for the official stamps on the product packaging and this didn't have it. This was mostly made out of plastic and was supposed to be steel which was my first red flag. The product I received were Not official BaByliss clippers. These clippers are perfect, they came next day and brand new. I did have to zero gap them but after that, they hit hard. I recommend them to anyone looking for that “do it all” clipper.
