    • Great to Prevent/Treat Diaper Rash
Update: 5 months later, still using this during diaper changes and love it. My son never gets diaper rash. Love it. I've purchased this product for full price twice now. I had been considering it for a while, but the freeby reviews (and price) threw me off as well. But when my 5 month old had to go on antibiotics due to ear infections, I figured it was worth giving a try (he was pooping constantly, so afraid he would get a bad diaper rash). It really does seem to work. He's never gotten terrible diaper rash, fortunately, but has at times been very red with a bit of open skin that bled slightly when wiped - I tried to fix this with breastmilk (I've gotten a bit crunchy since having a baby - "breastmilk, the cure for everything!"), coconut oil ("coconut oil, the cure for everything!"), topped off with Burt's Bees diaper cream, which held it at bay but was a bit cumbersome and if not done consistently at every diaper change, the rash would return. Since using BabyBiotics, he's pretty much been all clear (only some slight redness - and it really is slight - and only occasionally - could be due to a switch in wipe brand, etc.). Also, he had some scaly skin in folds between his legs (where the diaper rubs/moisture could accumulate) and since using BabyBiotics, that has cleared up as well. This stuff really seems to work. We've been using it for about a month and a half and plan to continue to purchase it. I do use it pretty liberally for every diaper change but it seems to last a while. Only 2 complaints - the last half ounce of so is kind of tough to spray out since the tube doesn't extend to the bottom and wish they had subscribe and save for this product. Otherwise, I consider it a miracle spray for my little one. One final side note - I did spray it on his cradle cap, but only did so a few times and not daily. Has maybe helped a little bit has not cleared it up. But could be because I'm not consistent or that concerned about it, more concerned about him being comfortable and rash-free so conserve it for the diaper area. We use e-ra organic honeybuns diaper cream (also on the pricey side) after spraying on BabyBiotics and his butt looks great! ... show more

    • It really works!
I don’t usually write reviews but I had to in this case. I had originally purchased this product to treat my 6 week olds baby acne (which by the way cleared up almost instantly once we started using this product). During this time she developed silent reflux, which I had no idea about, and was having trouble nursing because her esophagus was so irritated and inflamed. That night out of desperation to get her to eat and thinking maybe it was thrush, I sprayed her mouth and that same night, a few hours later into the night, once she woke up for a feed, she was actually able to nurse. I almost couldn’t believe it. We had this happen one other time and I immediately sprayed her mouth and again, she had some relief which helped her get a feeding in. Her pediatrician recommended to continue using the spray! This stuff truly works miracles! ... show more

    • Amazing product, cleared up baby thrush
I have tried for months to get rid of my baby’s thrush. Before I scheduled another wellness visit for more Nyastatin, I wanted to try this probiotic to outcompete the thrush. I tried it first and introduced it slowly to make sure there weren’t any negative side effects. It took a few days to really start working, but the thrush finally started to clear up and two weeks later her tongue is clean! She didn’t have terrible thrush, where it stopped her from eating but it was a very stubborn one. I would of course caution anyone from just trying this on an immune deficient baby! My baby was very healthy and just had a bit of mild cosmetic thrush that would always come back since we could never get the back of the tongue. ... show more

Our family loves probiotics, so I was really excited about finding this topical probiotic. I bought it for my baby's diaper rash, but unfortunately it didn't help at all. However, I give it 4 stars because it worked wonderfully at clearing up my baby's newborn acne! I use it morning and night and noticed obvious improvement after the first day. I actually saw this on an influencers page and was super hesitant to buy it because I am cheap, but decided to plunge. This is miracle!! My daughter would seriously just barely start to get baby acne I’d wash her face with just plain warm water and a washcloth and spray this on before bed and she’s wake up with a clear face. I tried it for her diaper rash and didn’t work-BUT- I took her to her doc and it ended up being a fungal thing she needed a script for. Also I used this on myself for a canker sore and it seriously helped! My son has a ton of food allergies and sensitivities and eczema and this actually Helps him a lot too! I was so skeptical but just buy it!! I had a friend with the most severe baby acne I’ve ever seen and this made it clear up in about 5 days!! I will definitely be buying more!! ... show more

    • Only thing that worked for eczema rash!
This might be my first Amazon review and I feel compelled because I tried everything under the sun before this product (natural approach: breast milk, fresh aloe, Tubby Todd, then moved on to OTC like hydrocortisone, then rx like triamcinalone, Eucrisa etc).     • Not great for severe eczema
My daughter has really bad eczema and I've tried a lot of things but nothing has proven to be a "miracle" yet. I was hoping this stuff might be the one but alas it was not. I tried it on here face (which is the worst area), shoulder patches, ankles and her bum. No change at all to her facial outbreak. Her arm and ankle patches eased up a very little amount and her bum actually got much worse. It may work for others or in very mild cases but it was not for us. ... show more

    • Good spray for mulloscum
My daughter's had molluscum awhile now, Dr says we just have to wait for her body to fight it. I got this in hopes it would speed up her body to target it and seems like it's helping I see a reduction in areas but also see new ones, I'll update again if any changes
