This is our 2nd pillow from A Little Pillow Company and it won’t be the last. I LOVE the adorable designs - I don’t need (nor would want, due to safety issues) a pillow case and it easily goes straight in the washer and dryer when needed. I’ve washed our first one several times and this new one a couple times, with zero issues. The only thing I changed with our 2nd was to request for more stuffing as the first one did smoosh down quiet a bit after about a year. I simply emailed the company (right here in the U.S.! (VA)) and they promptly emailed back with confirmation to add more stuffing. Shipping was wicked quick and I extra LOVE that it’s a small, family run, U.S. company. Started our 2yo with it; took a few months to actually stay under his head by morning but a year & 1/2 later, he can’t sleep without it. Would highly recommend. ... show more

    • Kids’ favorite pillow! Lasts years!
We have bought three of these pillows for our two young children (starting when they were one year old and they still use them at 5 years old). These are so soft and you can fluff them up each night. We use the pillow cases from the company and they are just as soft and comfy. Just throw them in the washer and dryer (I’ve done it over and over and over) and they come out perfect every time! This is such a cute little pillow. It's a nice esthetic touch for my little guy, but my biggest concern was the breathability of the pillow. I'm always trying to keep safety in mind and this instance is no small concern. Should he roll over at night, I wanted to ensure he didn't lose air supply. Perfect size for my 2 1/2 year old. He took to it right away even though he had not previous slept on a pillow. It's very soft but his head doesn't sink in too much where it seems unsupported. My favorite part about this pillow is that it washes so well. I have only washed it once but I followed the manufacturer's instructions and it came out perfect. I just ordered a pillow case for it but I would say it's not really necessary. The pillow is a good quality and washes so easily, you could skip the case and just wash pillow with bed linens. ... show more

I really like being able to throw the entire pillow into the wash. Kids are dirty and they don't even know. My kid will drag it around in the house with 2 dogs. This is my second one. The only reason to buy the second one is I am not always able to get it washed, so I like having a clean backup.     • Doesn’t hold up well
If you have a toddler you know toddler things need to be cleaned often. We’ve had this pillow since April, it’s now November and after a few washes the stuffing really really doesn’t hold up. The pillow is super lumpy and doesn’t hold its shape no matter how much you fluff it. It was great in the beginning but I don’t know if it’s worth if I could do it over again. That being said, I was super super nervous about giving my son a pillow and did a ton of research and this one kept coming up so we went with it. My son says he would give it, “That many!” stars and flung his arms out all the way to his sides. He is almost four and has had it for about half a year.
