I got this stroller to upgrade from my city mini. It’s extremely smooth. When I took it out the box I expected to have to put things together, but it took maybe 5 minutes to put the wheels on and a few minor things. I can steer with my elbow, one hand or side if I need to. It’s ideal for taller toddlers, a lot of head room. The handlebar is also ideal for taller parents and it is adjustable. It took me a little bit to figure out how to lock the tires, but it was my fault because I didn’t read any instructions. I would recommend this 10/10 times. I love the footrest for kids. Keep in mind if you want the child cupholder tray it is extremely difficult to find. The websites always out and Amazon doesn’t sell it. We have a Wonderfold W2 but can’t bring it to the Disney parks when we go this year so we opted to buy this stroller for our 4yo, 2yo and 1yo. We knew we’d have to bring another small stroller for our 4 year old but we didn’t realize we’d have them all fighting for who gets to ride in the double stroller. They all love it so much. They love that it reclines, and the sunshade and it must be comfortable as heck because I really never thought it would come to this. They love the wagon too but they don’t all argue to go in it like they do this. Plus, it handles so incredibly well one handed and fold like a dream. I don’t know that it feels lighter than the W2 but could see how it would be easier to fit in a trunk. My only reservation is the lack of storage space, but I won’t be able to overload it when shopping so maybe it’s for the best haha. Overall, five stars! We love it. ... show more

I have been a fan of baby jogger ever since I had my first daughter. I initially had the city mini single stroller and absolutely loved it. I knew once I had my second daughter we needed to upgrade to the double. Some of my favorite features of this stroller are the size of the seats, the length of the sun shades, how far the seats recline(almost flat), the way it rides so smoothly, the ease of folding and how my almost 4 year old can literally still nap in it because it’s so comfortable. This stroller can also fit through most doorways with no trouble! Although it can be a tad heavy when folding and lifting it into my car I still give it a 5 star rating! ... show more

I got a great price on this for prime day otherwise I had no intentions of spending $800 on a stroller - I paid about $500 after tax. We already have the smaller travel version (city tour?) and it’s pretty great but needs a few improvements so I was excited to get the nicer version. I wish they would create a version that is the best of the two. This one has better sunshades and wheels. That’s about it. It’s heavier (which I can’t complain because the frame is obviously nicer and the weight limit is higher) but it’s also wider and that is a big negative. It fits through regular doorways but it’s tight and it won’t fit through the doorways in my kitchen that the city tour does fit through. It is much larger when folded than the city tour. I was expecting them to be about the same size and had planned to resell the other one. Now that I see the size comparison I will probably keep both so we have a smaller option for travel. This can only hold one car seat with adapter ($50 extra) and that’s pretty annoying for moms of twins. I would be 10x happier if it could hold 2 car seats and if the adapters had a more reasonable price. It’s two pieces of plastic and should not be $50. I would love to see a few changes to make this stroller better but overall, the quality seems great. It pushes super smooth and folds easily. ... show more

We ordered the car seat adapters for our Nuna Pipa car seat. They did not work. Customer Service was attentive and actually sent us a second pair. These did not work either. I cannot emphasize enough that we tried EVERYTHING. I even removed the cushioning of the car seat to provide a little more "space" for the car seat to snap on. I don't know why there is a problem but there is literally not enough room for the car seat to sit low enough to snap into the adapters. Customer service confirmed that we have the correct adapters. Eventually, we noticed a comment from someone with a Babyletto car seat that was also having an adapter issue. They noted that there was nothing customer service could do. I only wish that they would not advertise in their "compatibility chart" that they are compatible, as they are NOT. Be cautious about trying it out etc if you plan to use an adapter with car seat. The stroller itself is GREAT! No complaints. (Take note, also, that the grey Pike version came with arm bars for the kids while the standard black does not and those are sold separately even though the product is listed as the same on Amazon's site.) ... show more
