Solid metal , paints is kinda dull for being metal . The adesion is weak and can’t hold a full rack , and yes I wiped the area down with alcohol. The screws are very strong and work . It’s good Towl rack and will last 100%. It’s worth buying . Took 1 star off for the weak 3M tape , and another star off for delivering a combo package separately . Which defeats the whole point of a combo deal . 3 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ all together. Yes I recommend this rack👍 and would buy again and I did . I have 3 now . ... show more
