I just received this today and am not sure how it will hold up, however, it looks pretty sturdy to me. I bought this to replace the stainless steal wrack I had in the sink that kept staining the sink along with other stains. (An awful white Kraus sink that has not lived up to the specifications) This mat fits perfect even with the side drain. Looks good and hides the stains that are already in the sink. Dishwasher safe and able to fit it in the dishwasher is another plus. You can't bend stainless steal so it wouldn't fit in the dishwasher. I'm very happy with the fit and appearance. I’ve had the metal grid in sink protector and wanted a soft one. I thought this would fit the need and it almost does. If the nubs on the bottom were taller to allow food scraps to slide under it would be perfect. I have to clean more often then with the metal grid sink one.
