This product is easy to use, so not sure why so many people say it’s busts open and spills? Unscrew the lid, remove the styrofoam top and dab the applicator on the surface. It’s a thin rubbery topper on the makeup that is kind of like a trampoline over the actual makeup. As you push the little trampoline down gently, it puts makeup on the applicator. Again, not sure why reviewers say they take the top (what I’m calling trampoline off to get to the makeup…leave it on and dab). I will say it doesn’t travel well. If it doesn’t stay upright, it leaks. Keep that in mind and it’s a very good product. Super easy to apply and has good coverage. I will mention that I have oily skin and it doesn’t do much for that, but honestly haven’t found much that truly controls oil. The pore filler that came with my foundation is okay too. It started when I tried to open it! The box wouldn’t open! I had to use pliers and it came apart in 4 sections before I got to the makeup. The rubber cover on the stuff is loose and the makeup is so thin and watery it went everywhere! You can’t even get the mushroom sponge to get makeup on it because the rubber cover just falls in! i was skeptical because i have tried so many foundations. i don't like a heavy feel or look, i just want to correct the look of my skin but not look made up. this works amazingly!!! very light feel on my face, doesn't cake up, looks very natural but smooths the imperfections....recommend!

The product itself is great, i ordered this years ago, and there was no mess/packaging issue. I stopped wearing makeup, but i ordered this again in may, because i wanted to wear makeup for a con i was going to. I saw the defect on the rubber thing, and when i pressed on it to get the product out, it broke and spilled the product all over me. I still used it, the product itself never got cakey, it's moisturizing and sits really well on the skin, guess just peel off the rubbery part before using it to avoid the mess. I love how this product applies to my face. It is light, applies smoothly and makes my face look clear and healthy. BUT I HATE the packaging. I originally ordered Lameila Air Cushion BB Moisturizing Cream which was wonderful packaging and product was very nice but when I reordered, it was changed to CC Silky Smooth Air Cushion CC Cream. (not what I ordered originally). This has happened 3 other times, 1 I returned unopened because the previous product was such a mess. The top liner burst when I dipped the applicator(I did not apply pressure), the foundation splattered on my counter, my fingers, not to mention how much product lost due to clean up. I was getting ready for an evening event, needless to say I was NOT pleased. I don't understand why you want to sell a good product so cheaply. I will not order again, it is just too messy to deal with. ... show more
