I purchased this for my 18 month daughter who loves to color. Her friend had a similar one but this one is PERFECT. Easy to assemble and I love the wood and colors. A HUGE bonus is the blue screws at the top and bottom of the board. At first I didn’t know what these were for but then I realized they’re to hold the paper down so it doesn’t roll away or move while they use it - which is a problem my friend had with her daughters easel- her child could take the paper and run with it in the house in one large roll! This easel holds the paper in place which makes coloring so great! Plus you can pull the paper down and rip it off for a stunning picture from your kid! (We frame our artwork for fun) The adjustable height is also a huge perk! It can GROW WITH YOUR KID! My daughter is 34 inches and I have it set on level 2 - it’s super easy to adjust if you need to as well. The paper that it comes with is a small roll maybe 6-8feet long which will only get you 3ish full board length pages. Highly recommend buying a separate roll as well. High quality art easel. Its made out of wood. No sharp edges or splinters. It's so easy to put together. Less than 20 mins. There are easy to read directions but really you can put together by looking at the box. It's a dry erase board and chalkboard. It has 3 plastic holders for art supplies. It helps keep everything organized. It also has lids for them. This company pays attention to detail. The top has paper roll holder. The plastic slides through the green piece to hold it in place. It doesn't come with a lot of paper. I ended up buying replacement paper. It wasn't too expensive. Its a perfect height for my daughter, she's 30 in. It's not very heavy but it's sturdy and won't fall over. It has different height settings. Nice part is you don't have to take it apart to switch to a higher level. Just turn red knob and slide it to the next setting. It has a tray to hold supplies. It's easy to clean. No choking hazards. No small pieces. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. This would also make a great birthday gift. Extremely happy with purchase. I will continue to buy from this company ... show more

Assembly was pretty straight forward, did not require any tools and the instructions were easy to understand. Took a bit of time to put together with about twenty pieces/screws to use. We love this art table so far. Our daughter 2.5 yr old has been drawing like crazy on the paper, painting, and we purchased some dry erase markers as well for it. Great way to keep the kids busy and let them get creative. Well made with adjustable legs which is handy. We got this for our wannabe two year+ old artist and so far it’s been a big hit. We put it in a fenced play area in the living room and she enjoys hammering away at it with her “Dauber Dogs” dot markers. The height adjustment is simple so it will grow with our grandchildren and the paper rolls are easy to mount. We got two extra rolls just to be prepared. The frame is lightweight wood and she stands at it quite comfortably. The tray will hold a lot of miscellaneous stuff and the three plastic cups will also hold water-colors when she gets to an age where she can manage that medium. ... show more

Christmas gift for my 8 year old granddaughter. Perfect. Right size. Lots of useful features. Easy enough that I was able to assemble. No additional tools needed. Highly recommend. Oh…only difficulty was trying to thread the roll of paper onto the easel. What a pain!
