The item is as depicted in the images. It's pretty. However, half of it feels flimsy, beyond delicate in its structure. One of the flower buds arrived off of its socket (it didn't appear broken nor yanked off). I'm going to use a glue gun to stick it back in place. Mind you, the packaging itself was fine, as well as the delivery packaging it arrived in. I was expecting a more sturdy product. I'm crossing fingers this piece will survive through the wedding event I'm going to. Suffice it to say, I'm disappointed. I'm not going to go through the trouble of processing a return. If you’re not particular with the length of this product then this will work for you. I needed this to look like the advertised picture but what I received isn’t. You can see how the sprays on the right are bunched behind the big flower. They’re kind of wasted hidden there which also shortened the length. I would exchange this but worried I might end up with the same problem. Other than that, this does look beautiful. It’s quite flimsy though so consider that when buying this item. UPDATE: I am not required to do this but I want buyers to know that the seller reached out and did an unexpected refund. I would give FIVE STARS to the seller for being customer oriented and focusing on buyers concerns over the needs of the business. ... show more
