So we ordered this bath specifically because it is collapsible and we live in a small space. I also love the thermometer feature and the infant insert. Just more reasons I was looking forward to using this product. All the reviews said it was exactly as the seller described so I was disappointed to say the least when upon opening the box the item came with no instructions which wasn’t a big deal at first but then I found that the tub itself was marked and stained with some kind of brown substance so if I wanted to return the item there was no way of me contacting the manufacturer to let them know the product was at default. Amazon does allow you to ship it back for a refund or they will send you the same product with free shipping of course but I would still like to let the manufacturer know for future reference. Sad to say I can’t give this product any higher of a review. The idea is convenient for parents looking for something to help save space but unfortunately mine came a little beat up :/ ... show more

    • Great tub!
I love this tub! The cushion is great. It allows the baby to be the water enough to get clean and stay warm but floats a bit so baby is not on the hard surface of the tub. It also keeps the baby at a good angle so he is comfortable. I am very happy with this product!
