I was waiting to write a review until I got to use this more. I had it for about 5 days now. I bought it bc the one we use at work is a porter cable and there is times I need an air impact to bust bolts loose. I use an impact every day installing wheels and changing balls for hitches and changing couplers. I built and service a lot of atv and side by sides. Work on campers and utility trailers. So having an electric impact makes my job a lot easier so I can run out into the lot and work sometimes. The first day I was very impressed. For the price I really wasn’t expecting a lot. But it had no issue at all removing or installing wheels. I used it for 3 days only charging it the first time before the first use. Still had a full battery on the 4th day. On that day I had to change a coupler on a big car hauler trailer and the porter cable always struggled to remove the bolts. But this one zipped them right off and back on with no issue at all. The other worker instantly asked me what gun is that? I said the one I got from Amazon lol. The customer asked me what brand so I showed him. He was also impressed. Then he asked me what it cost? I told him. N he said, it came with the case and those sockets too? I said yep. He couldn’t believe how well it worked and what it came with for the price. I’ll be glad to tell others to buy it in the future. I then needed to install a weight kit on a truck for a camper that day. I used it to install and again, it out performed the porter cable by a mile. Those lock nuts take a lot to tighten. But this literally ran them tight within 2 seconds. Where the porter cable is be there for 15-20 seconds hammering on it to get it al the way locked down. I absolutely love this impact gun. Was worth every dollar. Not sure why some gave it bad reviews. The one that showed it caught on fire is a little weird I thought so I looked past t that review. But if you want a cheap impact gun that is very impressive and powerful. Buy this one. If u want to spend 300 then go with something else. But this one is incredible and I’ll definitely suggest it to anyone who’s looking for a good impact for a low price. Thank you for a great product. ... show more

bought this last year as i do some wrenching on my 2 old mercedes and got tired of using the breaker bar every time i had to remove wheel lugs or stuck on bolts. it comes in a decent case and has a few sockets that are included plus the charging base. seems to hold a charge for several weeks if left un-used and quickly recharges with a green light indicating its done. it says it has 370 ft pound reverse and 330 foot pound forward but i cannot verify that. if i use it to remove wheel lugs that i have previously removed in the past few months then those typically come off fairly easily... not all the time though. I have not had luck with this drill being strong enough to remove wheel lugs that have not been removed in 9-12 months and stuck on pretty tight. i try to break them loose and then use my breaker bar which gets the job done. again for the price and limited use i think it was a decent purchase ... show more

I was absolutely concerned I was making a mistake when I ordered this for a friend. His impact broke and he didn't have the money for a new one. These types of cordless impacts cost above $400. I am absolutely amazed at the power and light weight of this impact. It's been used commercially for over a month now and is still as strong as on day one. I have been using this thing fairly regularly for a while now. You cannot find a cheaper, as capable, cordless impact. Battery life is still good. It still chooches, happily removing things like lug nuts to 32mm axle nuts to flywheel bolts. This thing is a beast at this price point. To the people stripping lug nuts… I hate to break it to you, but that is definitely operator error. Make sure you’re using the correct sized socket and that kind of thing won’t happen. ... show more

Worked flawlessly since i bought it in march, until today, doing a brake job and it just stops, check battery, threw it on the charger as a just in case, no dice, pulled the unit apart and found that the wires going to the motor had rubbed through and it was dead shorted. seems like they were too short to make the curves, taped them up, then did a quick check with a multimeter and found the trigger was shorted internally aswell, it was not exposed to rain or oil saturation, just failed. Fun times. Edit : Upon further disassembly is turns out that their Quality control department missed that the screws bolting the gearbox to the motor were missing, it spun the motor in the case, causing the dead-short, has an awesome warranty though and 2 days after submitting an RMA they sent a complete new kit out, which did not present with this issue. Good Customer service and both for personal hobby and on the job this has been my go to paired with a Quick disconnect adapter. Edit 2: 2 months on the job doing commercial HVAC and this thing is a menace, the batteries last insanely long as well, everything from flange bolts to ripping units apart and putting them back together, installing grills, start collars you name it will do it happily. packed the gearbox and anvil assembly with some high quality grease and this thing sings. Must buy if you need Power for Price. Edit 3: 8 months in, Still kickin!, they really need to list spare batteries somewhere for purchase... ... show more

This tool rocks. Don't be fooled. It has plenty of power to take off the hard bolts/nuts. I was able to replace my CV joints on my 08 Silverado. Worked like a champ! I had my doubts to be honest. Because of the cost of this product, I thought it may be too weak to break some of the very rusty nuts, I was greatly surprised by the power and ease of use. I would recommend this to my Son in Laws.
