    • THEY CANNOT MEASURE PROPERLY
Ordered 3 rolls... 5x2, received 4.5x2 and a bunch of hassle from either Metro Restyling or VVIVID, bought same product from both sellers... so obviously they are not checking it from avery, or either company an cut. One roll of a different color was 4 feet, so 12" short.... well we buy this to make windshield banners for branding so sometimes it will sit in its box till we use it, and they have been UNWILLING to work with us, Amazon tells us to contact vivvid and metro restyling to get the issues resolved. Both companies have been very rude, unprofessional and accusatory.... and prefers "phone calls" so there is vertically no proof to provide amazon regarding the issue. I shouldn't have to unroll 10 rolls of product every time I order it to verify this people can use a measuring tape. Poor customer service. Poor measuring Poor quality as well, multiple rolls have come with creases. YES I know you can use heat to remove it, but were making stickers... this is just sloppy all around. I use this with my Silhouette Cameo cutting machine and it works perfectly. Produces great decals for automotive use or any other similar project. Avery products are great and this item lives up to the same quality as you might expect from the brand.
