The dividers worked as it is supposed to work and the tabs easily slipped into place with the written label. I liked that the divider holes had a plastic strip that helped to ensure additional protection again ripping free. Mainly my motivation for purchased revolved around the price and volume of the purchase. Dividers are heavily used in my home , so this was a great buy for the cost.
