I was torn between buying this gym for my incredibly active about to be 3 year old. The winters are harsh where I live and we needed a year round solution for his need to be active. I was torn between two sets. One that mounted on the wall and this one. I ultimately settled on this one for a few reasons. 1. It was a stand alone unit. No need to waste wall space. 2. It was sized appropriately for his size, skill, and age with room to grow, but allowances for his younger sister as she grows into it also. 3. The color combos were beautiful. 4. The slide didn’t require extra space. Pros: *It is built very sturdy *The quality was even better than I had hoped for *It is visually appealing for being in my home. * Price is reasonable *The skill level was perfect for my little guy. Just the right balance between ease and challenges *Compact space *Easy assembly Less than desirable features: * Like other reviews mentioned, the swing was trash. My son fell 4 times immediately after trying it, and where it lands he fell with the frame right on his back. We knew this was potential going into it, and chose to replace the swing with matching rope gymnastic rings from a different manufacturer. *the slide isn’t super slippery, but it is great for kids who enjoy climbing up the slide. * It’s shipping package could have been better, and it had a lot of styrofoam. * There were several small dings on the parts, but they weren’t super notable, only to perfectionist. And they were painted and sealed over it. * The finish I purchased should have had a pink green and blue color top monkey bar section, however mine was natural. This suited my needs well, so I didn’t bother with a return. * While assembly was easy it did take a decent amount of time. My above average/intermediate skilled spouse was able to assemble in in a little under 2 hours alone. This was absolutely the best purchase I made in 2023. Easy enough for my husband to assemble on Christmas Eve - it took him about 2 hours. My sons are in love. My 3 year old is a climber and sensory seeker and this has given him such a safe outlet. We aren’t using the swing simply because of where it fits in our playroom but the rest of it is sturdy and well made. I believe it will hold up to their rough play. We did not love that the rope ladder was hanging and not attached at the bottom so my husband just drilled a couple of extra holes and used the extra rope from the swing to attach it at the bottom. This is a great jungle gym for indoors! My child LOVES it. I did have to replace the rope for the swing because my daughter ran the original to the ground, she really loves to swing so I definitely got my monies worth out of that swing. I do recommend this set FOR SURE!!! Be mindful of the weight restrictions, it does matter because if child is too heavy, it will lift and possibly flip over. ... show more

I was hesitant on buying this due to the price but I’m so glad I did! My son spends an insane amount of time climbing all over, sliding into the ball pit, or throws blankets on the top for a fort! The one thing I don’t like about it is that it seems little no matter how gentle my son swings the other side raises off the floor. Building the set was overwhelming at first because there were so many pieces to match up and getting the rope to be firm enough to allow my kids to climb! You also have to drill each hole in every single piece of wood (at least 20) and make sure you’re precise enough to match them to the part it fits to. ... show more

I bought this item for my 2-year old son thinking it would help him stay active. However, when the shipment arrived and I unpacked everything, a major climbing board was missing. Not only that, the outer frame of the main structure was also somehow crooked. One of the strings attached to the swing was twisted by the manufacturer and there was no way for me to untwist it. After using for a couple of days, I discovered it was a safety hazard for my son because the whole structure itself is pretty unsteady when my son was grabbing onto the monkey bars. I returned the item, but the seller refused to refund me. I have already escalated the issue. I just had a horrible experience with this activity center. I hope the readers will find my review helpful and make a sound judgement before making this (not-so-valuable) purchase. Thanks! ... show more
