I have a flare up of pregnancy-induced eczema on my hand. It's been itching and looking all scaly and dry for a couple months and regular lotion wasn't cutting it. I used this and after only about 24 hours (I've only applied it maybe 4-5 times) the spots have almost completely gone away.
