Luv my new Rocker. It is beautiful and offers firm support. The tall back and deep seat offers sitting comfort. I would recommend this chair for anyone that needs firm support for your back. I added a foot stool to make the sitting comfort complete. When assembling the Rocker I found a defect in the front bar. The seller was quick to send a replacement- a whole new chair! I really appreciate their prompt service in the matter. The only dislike I have is that the assembly directions could have offered more details for directions. This chair is exactly what I was looking for. If I saw this in a furniture store, I'd easily pay a lot more than $199 for it. What a bargain! It arrived meticulously packaged, has solid wood legs/arms, high quality fabric, and great support. Very comfortable and ergonomic. I expect this to last a very long time. Assembly was a breeze. We were looking for some chairs for our livingroom in front of the fireplace. These came sooner than expected and I am not disappointed! It's was packaged very well and assembly was easy. Ordered one to check.it 9ut but am so happy with that I am buying another one. Beautiful, quality piece of furniture! UPDATE: We loved the first chair so much, we decided to order another so we would have a matching pair. However, assembly did not go as smoothly with the second chair. The staples came out of the bottom of the chair and one of the bolts had bad threading. We were able to get it put together and fix the staples with a staple gun but it was kind of a pain. There were some scratches on the arm when we received it. We are happy with the chairs overall but wish the assembly and consistency of quality would have been better with the second one. ... show more

After assembling, on the first rock the side frame came out of the armrest, put back in but when you rocked would come back out. Contacted company and they responded promptly and sent a new chair without having to disassemble and return the faulty one (asking me to kindly dispose) and they even sent the replacement Fed Ex so I could get it before XMas. The rocker is a solid firm rocker that my wife loves...and she is a heavy rocker, (they even put velcro on the bottom of the rocker blades so it does'nt slide so much) she wants to be a rocker tester for companys, she has been through a lot of them. Very happy with the company's quick response and resolution. Will review again after a months use. (I think they should put a screw there with a cap like the rest of assembly) Update 1/22/2022: Unfortunately, the same thing happened again, the same arm, same joint came out. This time I drilled a hole, glued and put a screw in it. Hopefully the other joints that dont have a screw will hold up. Good customer service but I have to take away 3 stars since the same thing happened and now you can see my repair. ... show more

This is a very nice chair for the money. I love the fabric it should hold up well. It is a nice width and color. They only suggestion I have would be for a padding for the arms of the chair. The wood arms are a little hard on the elbows. Lol. Over all a nice chair.

    • Disappointed in what should be easy to assemble. Screws and holes do not match

This would have been the perfect rocking chair if the screws worked. One of the screws in attaching the back to the seat just falls through naked. When I add the M8 and M22, the screw just turns and turns..will not catch. The other issue is that trying to attach one side of the arms to the back, this screw is too big for the side of the cushion. It fits through the wood, but not the chair. The only way to fix is to provide me with replacement cushions and ensure the screws works. Sad to have to write a bad review but very frustrated. ... show more
