We like this oven and have been using it for 8 months now. Delivery was fast and easy, contractor had no problems installing it but TBH anyone could do it following the instructions (we have natural gas, not propane). PROS: + Nice size, easy to clean, burners work well. + Oven light is bright, timer is a useful addition. CONS: - Oven / broiler can sometimes take a while to ignite; have to hold down knob for multiple sparks and verify that it lights - 3 of the knobs have had the plastic that holds them on the metal shaft shatter, under what I'd consider normal use. Some can be stuck back on, one is beyond repair. I have the part #, but need to figure out if anyone even sells replacement knobs! ... show more

We had been looking for a 24 inch good quality range. There are a lot of ugly models offered in this size range but this is the exception for the price. The 24 inch range market is limited and expensive. This range was better than expected. I was leery to order a major appliance on the web but I know Amazon has excellent customer service and with Prime there is little worry. Our kitchen is getting a makeover, not remodel, so I did not want to replace the cabinets to allow for a larger stove. This range was ordered on Thursday night and arrived Saturday morning via FedEx. It was in perfect condition. The instructions, although you can tell they are written by someone that does not have English mastered, where OK and the diagrams were easy to understand. The installation was easy. The range offers a good design with the sealed burners and heavy grates. With the hefty grates and heavy stainless top you can use large pans with more than enough room even though it's a smaller stove. The stainless steel offers an upgraded look and the glass oven door is easy to wipe down, remove it for a thorough easy cleaning. The waist high broiler is so much easier than stooping down to pull out a drawer. The storage drawer in this model is an excellent place to keep the included broiler pan. I recommend getting the silicon oven liners for the bottom of the oven for easy clean up if a spillover happens. Any thing to make cleanup easier is welcomed. For the price and the quality of this unit I cannot recommend it enough for the limited 24 inch market. ... show more

I was building a tiny house and chose this range because it looked so good and was the perfect size. The first one shipped to me had a dented side. So I ordered another which arrived with the glass door shattered. I decided to live with the first one. The second one was never picked up. I installed the range which looked great and the dented side was hidden anyway. The last project was running a gas line to the range. It was done and the orifices were changed as instructed to handle propane. Even with the propane reaching to the regulator, I cannot get fire at the burners or the oven. I will need someone with more knowledge to take care of this issue. It's just another expense and hassle. It's pretty, though! It would help if it would cook. ... show more

    • Excellent stove for a small space

We got this stove for our tiny home. Delivery was quick, about two weeks; it was delivered just in time for thanksgiving. Our only complain is that it took forever to find the correct size screwdriver to adjust the gas setting to propane (it requires a 3/32 x 3.5" flathead screwdriver). Other than that, the stove works great. It's a little tough to regulate oven temperature. You've got to keep an eye on it to make sure it stays at the proper temperature. So far, a 100lb propane tank (you can also connect it to a 25 lb tank) has lasted two months, and it's not empty yet. We use the stove every day to perk coffee, and to cook dinner at least; most days we cook breakfast and heat water for other things as well. ... show more

    • Easy Conversion to Propane (once I figured it out)

I was nervous about having an appliance shipped to me but it came very well packaged and in perfect condition. I think it maybe took me about a half hour just to unpack it! It seems very well made. I had to convert it to LP gas and now that I've done that the next one will go faster. Changing the top injectors was easy using a 7mm socket with an extension. Just wobble up a piece of masking tape into the socket and the injector will stick to it when you do the small burner. Once you master taking off the oven door I recommend changing the top broiler burner first and then do the lower oven burner. The top burner is easier to remove and the lower oven burner might come off easier from what you'll learn on the other one. I had trouble putting the oven door back on till I finally realized you put it back on, open it all the way and then push down on it to enable you to undo those little clips. All in all I'm very happy with this little stove. ... show more

Very handsome unit. Safety features (read: clicking) to make you aware of flowing gas is annoying but all new ranges do that, I think. This range seems to have all the same features as any full size top of the line gas range. It feels sturdy. The unit was missing a screw for the railing of a bottom drawer. Rats. I called Amazon and they said they couldn't help with the screw but would gladly take the range back. For a twenty cent screw?? Nope. However, they insisted on extending my Prime when I declined a discount. The rep's idea, not mine. Then I called Avanti. With two minutes they took my shipping info and said they'd send out a whole new drawer assembly because they don't carry the screw. All in all, this speaks awfully well of both Amazon and Avanti.
