The included instructions were almost illegible and basically useless, they looked like a scan of a scan of a piece of paper for a different product. I was able to piece it together pretty easily though. I do recommend picking up some extra washers and some lock tight from your hardware store to really secure it. I receieved the package today. I have not yet INSTALLED this onto the car, that will be done tomorrow, but I already have a review. The product is good. There’s some paint abnormalities and blemishes, but for the price I paid and knowing it’s not directly from Nissan I don’t mind. Doesn’t affect functionality. The confusing part is the instructions state that the arms (part between crossbars and the existing runners on the car) are labeled “RR, LR, RF, & LF” This is not the case. They’re just labeled “ L & R” When you slide them Onto the crossbars, one way is snug and tight, one way is very loose, and there’s no indication on proper direction. The other issue is, the holes on the bars and the slots on the arms do not line up well. I cross threaded 2 of them because of the angle and difficulty of lining them up. I was finally able to get it, but very difficult and easy to cross thread. I Will update my review tomorrow after instillation. I will note/repeat, the quality in the product seems spot on ( again besides the paint). Dense metal, sturdy. I’d give the parts a 7/10 only because of paint. Assembly I’ll give a 4/10 due to the holes issues. Will update after install onto car. ... show more

Instructions are a joke. Holes don't line up where brackets and crossbars meet. Also unable to get to fit in space. I think the majority of the problem lies in the instructions and would appreciate help from other buyers and Auxmart itself

I was almost surprised when there were no problems installing this on my 2015 Rogue SL AWD. I had heard a few horror stories involving poor fitment and road noise. Happily there were no such issues. The only hiccup was that one screw provided did not fit the hole, but we had another on hand and easily resolved the situation. The crossrails fit perfectly, seem sturdy, and the holes lined up. It does not get in the way of the extra-long moon roof. There is no additional road noise from it. These will be very handy for carrying camping gear or attaching a bicycle stand.     • Wrong hardware as included and miss-fitting holes
The color matched perfect to the car. Installation was a challenge as the included bolts are not sized correctly or holes not matched up causing screws to strip. They (screws) were all too long and had to go to a local hardware store to purchase the correct sized ones to install. Had to re-drill holes on brackets to allow screws to fit. If someone lacks mechanical abilities, they might have difficulties installing as the instructions were useless and did not pertain to this product. ... show more

    • Professionally installed, unprofessional quality
I mountain bike and my bike weighs less than 25 lbs, and somehow managed to bend one of the cross bars. I had this professionally installed too so you know that the liability here goes to the manufacturers. Would not recommend.
