Let me start by saying this was definitely the cheaper route to go vs the dealer and other places I researched. This seller states that it is quality made, and they're not lying about that. This product is cheaper when it comes to dollars spent, NOT in regard to how it's made. I gave a 4 star review for a couple reasons: 1) No parts list along with instructions that were in 2 different languages, English not being one of them. The pictures on the provided instructions were so small I couldn't make sense of them. I'm a pretty handy person, so I was able to figure it out. 2) One thing this seller doesn't tell you, or any one else based upon my research, is that you need metal rails to insert into the channels on the Traverse. Just by looking at it, Chevy provides us with the mounts already on the Traverse, right? Lol what Chevy didn't do is equip us with those metal inserts in order to mount these cross rails. And these inserts DO NOT come with this product. I hope this seller sees this and offers either with the product or posts that this is needed. I found the most affordable rails on ebay for about $70 with shipping. The item# is RACK-A93A and fits Travers model years 09-17. I suggest buying this either the same time or before you purchase these cross rails especially if you're a do it yourselfer like myself.     • INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT IN ENGLISH
The instructions are so small that if they were in English you would need a magnifying glass to read them. The diagrams show very little detail.
