    • Faulty product
I had ordered a complete exhaust system set up from the engine all the way to the muffler and had it installed from a professional and reputable shop. My check engine came back on within 24hrs after I got my car back. I brought it back to the shop and the guy walked me to their trash dumpster with a bunch of Amazon exhaust systems or catalytic converters. They said that they're built very cheaply and don't have very low levels of platinum and other parts to properly eliminate them from passing emissions. I had to order a whole new part that was of better quality and it works great now. ... show more

Fitment was good, but they definitely cheaped out on precious metals. Expect a check engine light for low efficiency. At least that’s how it was for me on my 2009 Impala Update: Manufacturer reached out to me and made things right. Great customer service

    • Won’t make check engine light go away
UPDATE !!! After some driving I get a check engine light for catalyst system low efficiency alot of times with aftermarket cats they don’t put enough in f the metals inside and I took a chance with the for the price. I clear my codes and about 120 miles later when the computers relearn everything the engine light comes back. Only reason I changed my cat was the original by the flex rotted away and make for an exhaust leak. Now the car is quiet but constantly get a check engine light This cat fit being aftermarket fits and performs just like the original gm cat. I was hesitant at first cause being in the car business I know alot of times aftermarket cars don’t usually work or fit well But with the original cat being over a $1000 and this cat being under $200 I said what do I have to loose other then some time it takes to out it in. I installed it now about 2 1/2 weeks ago and approximately 1100 miles since I installed it it is still working good. As I mentioned it looks just like the original and fits great ... show more

Definitely fit my 2010 impala but it's missing a muffler section and will make your car very loud! If you don't have to leave for work early in the morning it's perfect for the price!
