Ordered in the cream and it requires a shirt underneath as the material is thin and almost see-through. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but it could be for others. Runs true to size and very cute and flattering. Great for a business casual work environment.

So at first I thought maybe the blouse was too small but it is true the size, I got an extra large only because my top half needs extra large so it's not too tight because I like having loose fitting and not being tight on top. This is so soft and so beautiful in the sleeves are lace and it feels amazing it is true to size. It is a nice shirt, fits to size and stretches, however the material is t-shirt material so it looks cheap. The sleeves can also be itchy at times. All of these features make an elegant top that looks appropriate with slacks or jeans. I am 4-11 so I really need a petite size - these sleeves swallow my hands. The sleeves of this product, snag way too easily got caught on the corner of my table and ripped the entire sleeve. This should not happen with a brand new product.
