Unrelated to the company that makes the drone - the seller (Beach Camera) was packaging the drone with extras like the bag, extra battery, and software for image and video editing. After receiving the package I noticed the software (or key to install online) was not there. I contacted the seller’s customer service (not the drone maker since the extras are not from Autel) and was told that someone would call me back to discuss the missing item. That didn’t happen. Then I called the sales department of BeachCamera and was told that he would call me back - that also never happened.     • BUYER BEWARE Shoulder Bag Not a Backpack as Depicted

Love the drone itself and five stars all around on it, but BUYER BEWARE it came with a small shoulder bag and not a backpack as depicted. Amazon wanted me to send the whole thing back not just the smaller shoulder bag just to get the backpack. Ridiculous! False Advertising by Merchant!!!

    • It flys nice and the camera is awesome. No real software to download.
I was able to fly it once so far and it handled well. Battery life was good, I got to fly for 30 minutes with 30% left. I got it with the backpack and extra battery. I wasn't able to download the software for some reason, but I'll try again and report if I have any issues. The remote control is easy to use. Looking forward to fly again. Update 1/23/2021 - Don't count on getting the software. The process never takes you to an actual download. It's probably junk anyway. Update 1/31/2021 - I was finally able to download the Movie Studio Vegas software. ... show more

The only reason I didn't give a five star review was because the drone came with a 32gb card when it was supposed to be 64 and it was missing one spare propeller. Amazon fixed the issue of the card by comping the cost of a 64gb card. Other than that it was a great purchase!

    • It’s raining so,.....haven’t flown it yet. BUT edit: it’s not now and I have!
It’s raining today and it’ll be raining tomorrow so i won’t be able to fly until next year. But I wanted to make some initial observations before I forget. My previous drone is a Fimi X8SE 2020 which is a pretty decent drone. But this one is on a whole other level. The packaging is phenomenal! All the delicate parts were in their own cut foam cushioning. The boxes were packed in the bigger box with no room to rattle around. Quite a bit of thought went into getting the drone into the hands of the customer. The first thing I noticed was the remote. It’s heavy and solid as compared to what I’m used to. The body and arms of the drone made of very sturdy materials. The motors have strong magnets. The whole thing feels tough and serious. I suppose it’s like using a Rebel then moving up to a 5D. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures when I ordered this kit so I was pleasantly surprised with the backpack that is included. Muy bueno! I’m already working on packing the drone, a couple of lenses, some Pocket Wizards and strobes to head out with my camera to get some stock shots. I’m really looking forward to incorporating this drone into my “Kodaking” trips! After I get some time flying I’ll update this review. I’ve had some flying time and I’ve got two words: wo wuh! Controllable, stable, the imagery is fantastic. I’m very happy with the purchase! It is hard to get good imagery of the longhorn and donkeys. I can get video of them running but they aren’t very picturesque when running. I think it’s because the drone sounds like a horde of angry wasps to them. Believe the hype. At first I was disappointed in the seller for getting it to me 5 days late but then I found out it was fulfilled by Amazon. The bundle is really good. I really like the backpack that came with it along with the Autel bag for a smaller footprint. I would definitely buy from Beach Camera again and recommend this bundle. Not sure why the prices went up since I bought mine but then the price of everything seems to have gone up. This is an amazing drone with fantastic flying time. ... show more
