Worked well on my ‘06 Ram 2500. For the price this a great scanner for the DIYer. Provides a lot more live data that is not available with your typical budget code reader. To use on my ‘18 Ram 1500, I needed a 12+8 pin adapter (via cables behind the radio display) as it will not work through the OBDII port. This is apparently an FCA issue and is not an Autel issue. Very easy to use. Bought to perform a manual regen on a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter. It allows a driving regen to be performed. Could not figure out how to perform a parked regen.

Bought this to have to help with auto repair at home. It has never worked properly. 6 months in , and now doesn't work at all. Outside the return window, so now I have lost $600. Choose a different brand! You've been warned!

Horrible, received scanner in someone else's name called autel said they couldn't reset it to my name because it was already registered. Now have to go through trouble of returning item. Refuse to order another one. Received correspondence from seller in regards to dissatisfaction. Above and beyond service for mistake/error. Would buy again if in need of equipment. ... show more
