The large fit my waist, hips and butt, but made my thighs "bulge" where the shorts ended. Now, I am far from skinny, but I don't think my thighs are disproportionately fat! Anyway, the XL fit fine. Pretty much looked the same as the large, but the thigh bulge was gone. Don't be afraid to go up a size if you are on the fence. By the way, I almost didn't order these shorts because of the disproportionate model! Tiny, tiny waist and big hips - to me, her shape looked bizarre. Because of the pandemic I started shopping more online for clothes and that is always a nightmare. I was so happy when I got these shorts. These are my favorite and I have had them for about 2 months now and I live in them. They are good quality esp considering the price. The do not slip down. Only advice is if you think you may be in between sizes, if you have meat on your thighs I would pick the bigger one for that reason alone because the elastic is a little snug for me (and while I do have meat on me, I do not have 'big' or disproportioned thighs) ... show more

I bought these shorts in 3 colors because I love them so much! For reference I'm 5'3 153 lbs and the mediums fit great. They're perfect for the gym (so yes they are squat proof!) They're a polyester spandex material not too thick or thin, right in the middle, but the quality feels good and not cheaply made. Also, the size consistency in med were the same in all 3 different colors I bought. The sweat absorbency wasn't the best but overall these work great for me in every other aspect and they're flattering. I highly recommend! ... show more

Should have sized up maybe. The hem around the bottom squeezes my thighs which makes it look unflattering. The rest of the short fits perfectly. Maybe it was just this pair or how they are made not sure.

They fit great, but I really needed brown shorts for cosplay and the “brown” is 100% purple, more of a mauve I suppose. The tag inside the purple shorts says brown. Again, absolutely not even a little bit brown.

First off, what is pictured it not what I received. The picture shows more of the thin cotton type of material, what I got was like a moisture wicking yoga type of material. BUT THESE ARE AMAZING. The fit is great, very flattering and if you have thick thighs, they won’t squeeze them and don’t don’t ride up. I got the large and it fits perfect.
