  • In addition to all 19 HDMI conductors being Direction-Controlled to reduce RF Noise, AudioQuest Carbon 48 HDMI cables feature a high-loss carbon layer sandwiched between layers of metal around the 4 FRL + eARC pairs to further enhance noise-dissipation.
  • The Audio Return Channel sends audio from the TV to a soundbar, receiver, or ARC input. enhanced eARC is easier to use and enables lossless multi-channel. In AudioQuest Carbon 48 HDMI cables, the eARC conductor pair is internally controlled for direction to ensure superior audio performance.
  • AudioQuest Carbon 48 HDMI cables use Direction-Controlled conductors to minimize RF noise. For optimal Noise-Dissipation and superior audio performance, use Carbon 48 HDMI cables with the plug's arrows pointing towards the TV, or Source towards A/V receiver.

Description

AudioQuest HDMI 48Gbps 8K-10K Cables Sound first. While 8K and other compelling video/gaming features make the HDMI headlines, AudioQuest’s 48 and eARC-Priority Series HDMI cables are our best-sounding HDMI cables yet. The precision and tighter manufacturing tolerances required to deliver HDMI cables that transfer up to 48Gbps bandwidth allow all of AudioQuest’s tried-and-true ingredients and techniques to matter every bit as much as before. And of course judiciously applied and newly learned techniques and materials are introduced. AudioQuest HDMI Carbon 48 AudioQuest Carbon 48 8K-10K 48Gbps HDMI cable combines superior materials and superior design to produce a superior entertainment experience. Meticulously designed for enhanced sound quality and outstanding overall performance, Carbon 48 features 5% Silver-Plated Copper conductors with AudioQuest’s Level-3 Noise Dissipation technology: a high-loss carbon layer, sandwiched between layers of metal around the 4 FRL + eARC pairs, further enhances noise-dissipation. Of course, all AudioQuest 48Gbps HDMI cables can transfer up to professional 10K Ultra HD video, support Dynamic HDR, and have the conductors and bandwidth required for eARC’s enhanced sonic capabilities. Taking performance even further, all 19 conductors, comprising A/V and eARC signals, all Ground-Reference drains, and control and power conductors, are properly controlled for the most efficient dissipation of Radio-Frequency Noise. Ultra-High-Speed HDMI Cables exceed the requirements of the latest international EMI standards to significantly reduce the probability of interference with wireless services such as Wi-Fi. HDMI 2.1 HDMI Specification 2.1 is the most recent update of the HDMI specification and supports a range of higher video resolutions and refresh rates including 8K/60 and 4K/120, and resolutions up to 10K. Dynamic HDR formats are also supported, and bandwidth capability is increased up to 48Gbps. Supports HDCP 2.3. Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) & Auto Low-Latency Mode (ALLM) VRR - Reduces or eliminates lag, stutter, and frame tearing for more fluid and better-detailed gameplay by enabling the variation of frame rate based on the action on screen. ALLM - Enables a game console, PC, or other device to automatically trigger “game mode” in the display, enabling the ideal latency setting for smooth, lag-free, and uninterrupted viewing and interactivity. • For high end set ups
Size: 5.0ft
Pros: unlike x brands hdmi cables the image is sharp, colours look more natrual. Sound is more robust and precise. Cons: Expensive, dont buy it for low end set ups because it wont change much, the source and the tv/projector must be good to jusify the cost.

  • Better then monster highest performance cables!

  • Impressive but....
Size: 2.5ft
The carbon 48 hdmi cable is one of the best out there. That being said, not everyone will get full use of this cable. This cable will improve picture and sound quality when compared to a much cheaper, standard hdmi cable. Whether you're able to notice the difference or not will depend on your TV and sound system (if you don't have a sound system, you won't see a huge change in sound). To notice a huge difference in picture you'll need a tv that uses full array and local dimming. It does it's job very well but you'll need an expensive electronics system to take full advantage. ... show more

  • LG OLED Owners - This fixed my VRR Flickering
Size: 5.0ft
Replaced the Zeskit HDMI 2.1 cable I had with this audioquest cable, and voila, my VRR flickering issue and other weird G-Sync anaomlies have almost completely disappeared. The most of a "flicker" i see now is a barely noticeable pulsing at the far right and left edges of the screen - nothing in the middle flickers at all - and note this was using the VRR Flicker tool on GitHub designed to bring out the absolute WORST of the VRR flicker. With the Zeskit cable, it was a strobe-light show essentially lol. I'd be the last person to tell you that buying an expensive HDMI cable actually does anything, but I suppose running HDMI 2.1 standard close to its max capabilities might reveal just how much of a difference a quality cable can make. Color me surprised. Finally, go enjoy your LG OLEDs like they were meant to be enjoyed folks! :) ... show more
