Mounts were order to attach a lighted antenna to the rear bumper rail on a 2022 Can-am Outlander 1000 XMR. Mounts fit and finish were flawless, the hinge part of the mount was secure with no slack or play. Had to use the largest of the rubber bracket inserts when securing to the bumper. Once tight the mounts were firmly secure and could not be manually manipulated or twisted. Since being mounted, have used ATV multiple times in rough terrain, have not noticed any loosing of the brackets due to vibration. Over time due to sand grit their could be some deterioration of the rubber compound will have to wait no see. I am sure these brackets would make good light brackets as well as mounting other accessories on ATV’s and UTV’s.. Since the mounts have two bolts to secure the mount close I find it preferable to some of the single bolt mounts I have used in the past. ... show more

    • A sturdy, complete product.
Size: 1.75/2 Inch Tube Clamp
First off, I think a person should know that these units are built of what feels like very sturdy material, aluminum, thick and well put together. Next, you should know that it is a complete kit. You get two brackets, you get a bunch of rubber pads that go inside the brackets, and the pads are of different thicknesses to fit different diameter tubing. So you will find the right fit for your application. Also the units come with the screws necessary to tighten them down. We are going to use them to mount our marine radio on the underside of our t-top. If, for some reason, the radio is enough weight that, with the bouncing on the waves, these mounts should turn, it could be because our rails are very smooth aluminum and even a tight grip might still allow movement. The marine environment is a challenge. But if this happens it is a simple matter to drill a hole through both mount and rail and drive a large sheet metal screw through both pieces to prevent any swivel. But that is only if necessary-it seems like the rubber pads and the ability to tighten them down quite tight should be enough. ... show more

Seem ok, however I ordered these because I needed the wider mounting surface, but the mounting hole is not big enough, maybe drilled metric? Seems to be just under 1/2. Not big enough, would need to be drilled out larger.
