I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it! The variance of the Damascus steel is beautiful and the blade is incredibly sharp. The texture of the handle is not one I’ve seen before, but was easy to grip and wield; it’s not ergonomical so much as aesthetic, but it’s still not uncomfortable to hold and use. The blade is beautiful and very sharp. The mechanics are very smooth as well. My only real complaints is that the pocket clip is practically too tense for me to clip to my pocket. Additionally, the pouch it comes with has a problem with Velcro based duty belts and was pretty much shredded within a few days from attachment and removal from my duty belt. I can't attach it to molle because the clip is too tense and I apparently can't loosen screws cause I don't have a tiny star tipped screw driver ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Sharp right out the box! Feels nice when you hold it, opens and closes with easy. Not too light, comes with Velcro belt case. This is the kind of blade you always keep on person. Already my favorite knife 🔪 This is worth every penny I paid for it. Very Impressive

To start off, you must know the description is expectedly deceptive. I knew going into this given the price point that there was no way it would actually be damascus steel. It is clearly laser etched steel to appear as such. What baffles me is that it is three separate pieces, with the outer layers being etched. Why not just one solid piece if that's the route you decided to go? The blade itself is fairly sharp out of the box. The hilt terrifies me. The aluminum is lightweight but offers minimal grip and decreases substantially if your hands aren't bone dry. Not ideal when it's the one thing protecting your digits. The assist is smooth but not spring loaded which would have been a nice touch. The packaging for the knife though was surprisingly impressive. At the end of the day, it's more of a novelty knife than a useful edc. You get what you pay for and though it's no Benchmade, the knife to me is well worth the price point. ... show more
