First of all - I love the print I selected and will be keeping the tablecloth. BUT… the odor/chemical smell upon opening the bag was enough to make me gag. I immediately took the tablecloth outdoors and left it there for an hour to dissipate the fumes. Then I put it in the dyer with scented wool dryer balls for 15 minutes. It’s a lovely pattern but on first wash - not washed in hot water, not dried on high heat - it shrunk so much that it barely covers my 48x96 table. It’s essentially unusable unless it’s a second layer over a normally sized tablecloth. SO disappointing bc I loved the pattern. Avoid unless you never need to wash your table linens. ... show more
