Absolutely gorgeous beautiful massage chair. I have 500+ hours of training and this is the best chair that I have ever worked with. The only issue is that there is a warning from State of California, that it may cause cancer. This may be in the material or manufacturing process. While the risk of cancer may be as low as 10% California seems to be more Virga/careful than other states. Also in California is Prop 65, a notice that burnt foods can cause cancer. Cancer is a life-threatening disease from abnormal cells. Some people may be resistant to cancer so they smoke or do other activities that are risky. I am not taking any chances. So I did not even open the box because of the warning. It did not go in my home. I returned it immediately for a refund. I will look for another massage chair, hopefully as beautiful and comfortable as this one. ... show more

Cheap material. Looked cheap out of the box, felt cheap after assembly, and not comfortable in the least. Horrible product for the money. Dont waste your time.
