He finds that they do not help him very much so I bought this lotion and sure enough he said he never slept better. Boxes not able to keep in as a set, I kept the items, however the box would have been nice to give as a little extra for holiday gift, I had to throw it out.. This was due to shipping sending them in an envelope ruined box. Items are small but good for travel. I really wanted this to work and was happy to buy this as a sampler pack but it wasn't what it should've been. First off, the lotion was dry and clumpy... almost expired. None of it worked. I gave it 2 stars only because the spray smelled nice but wasn't worth to keep. Sadly, returned.
