We purchased a 65in LG OLED TV in Nov 2021 and got the 3yr Asurion warranty as an additional item. The TV (not even 2yrs old) started randomly turning off about 3 months ago and progressively got worse. The standard manf/LG warranty expired after 12 months. I went through the Asurion repair process and was ultimately advised the TV could NOT be fixed and I would be receiving a FULL REFUND of the purchase price via mailed check that I actually received earlier than promised. Had we not purchased the Asurion warranty we would be stuck with a useless, expensive LG TV not even 2 years old and $1,650 out-of-pocket!!! We could not be more pleased with Asurion and how they made an awful situation so much better. Do NOT talk yourself out of buying the Asurion warranty for expensive tech products, it's worth literally 12X the price if you need it like we did. Do not buy this protection. When you call for issues with products, everything was done to make sure that I do not get my TV fixed, do not buy this scam
