MY AC broke after 1-year and its so hot. I contacted Asurion that covered the AC and it was so easy to file a claim. I had to explain the issue and they evaluated it. In less than 1-hour they provided a solution I was happy with. If you buy something and you don't trust the product. Make sure you buy a warranty as it will save you money in the end. I processed my claim all by email. They were fast and efficient. Also when I asked questions they were quick to respond and advise me of the process. Will definitely use them for all my purchases

I've had guarantees promising everything i.e. easy, no problem, good service, no questions,... This is the best warranty I've ever had. It was all those things and more. Even after the refund arrived, 5 minutes later, I still couldn't believe it. Totally awesome. All the way around, top notch!

This company was hired to be a household protection. There web site does not reflect a phone number or a viable means to contact them in the event there services are needed. Also the plan needs 30 days from the time of purchase to become effective. Stay clear of them.

My portable air conditioner stopped cooling. When I called to ask for assistance Asurion was awesome! No argument about the failure...they processed a full refund of what I paid and did not require a return of the damaged item. Three thumbs up!!!
