Worth every penny u spend on this . Got my full money back for a bike I bought which was good for three time use . Without this warranty I would have lost $299. But they paid my money back

Customer service overall is fine. But as for insurance protection, they make you go in circles with the manufacturer warranty first. I thought the whole purpose of me purchasing insurance was to cover the item

The policy is new as I just bought my Schwin Ellyptical. So far I am happy to have purchase the policy. I am familar with Asurion as I have had other items covered by them in the past.
