    • After dealing with run-arounds - they did take care of the issue
The electric bike broke and the local repair shop said it was not repairable - it took about 3 weeks of going back and forth until Assurion paid for the bike. Once they agreed - it was taken care of immediately.

I called Customer Service at Sunny and they directed me to YouRube videos to check the connections in the motor. I’m an 80-yr old Lady with no mechanical experience and this pice of junk sits dead as a stone in my living room. Very disappointed. They also sent an email diecting me to give “Proof of Purchase” from Amazon. One of the big negatives about buying from Amazon is that it is impossible to find a phone number or email to tell them the problem and work out a solution. I paid for them to assemble this treadmill but did they give me a name and phone number? He— no! ... show more

    • The insurance did not cover the total cost
I purchased a policy with coverage for $ 600-$699 .I paid $604 for my item .After more than 2 months of back and forth they decided they could not fix it and decided to give me a Amazon gift card for $569.0 for the “purchase price” which was not what the total cost was .The “ insurance “ does not cover the sales tax which was the difference between the purchase price and total cost they do not tell you that the tax is not covered and could not provide me a copy of the policy where it says that .     • Happy I got the protection plan
I'm so happy I got the Protection Plan for my sporting equipment! It was not functioning properly from the beginning and I didn't have time to look into it. After more than a year when I couldn't use it, I remembered the protection plan and submitted a claim. I thought it was more like technical support - someone coming to repair the equipment, but after completing few steps online, I got an email reply immediately and a refund of the purchased equipment.     • Wow! The best purchase I have ever made!
I bought an E-Bike on Amazon that is Chinese made and they have zero customer support. I like the bike but ran into battery issues. Asurion took over the first few months as I couldn't get a response from their customer support. Their support was US based and AMAZING. I can actually fix this myself but since it's the battery and they void it I wanted to understand what would happen. If you are buying a product for $$$ I would definitely add this.
