    • Don’t waste your money
Asurion outsources a third party company that handles all their claims. This company has Monday through Thursday business hours only. You must be with your product to place the call to finalize processing your claim. In my situation my son’s power wheels jeep no longer runs, I can’t just throw it in the car and bring it to work with me. I also should not have to take off work to make a phone call to be physically with the jeep (That DOES NOT RUN!!) this has been the most ridiculous process and worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. The jeep doesn’t run, I can prove this by video, they want pictures of everything else texted to them why not accept a video texted along with a phone call? Yes that’s right a PHONE call, not sure how being with the product at time of call is even validated. Don’t waste your money this is surely not worth a dime, they are a joke, both companies! ... show more

I brought a little ATV battery powered for my son and it ended up not working after three or so months. It wasn’t holding charge and would just shut off, I also got the extra warranty and once I filed a claim everything was great l. I bought an electric scooter for my son last year for Christmas. It worked great until recently when it started giving an error code and not running right. I contacted for the warranty I purchased and was given a giftcard for Amazon for the purchase. I'll never go without again! Especially with kids who tend to be hard on things ... show more

This is the second time I have used this protection plan on an electric scooter. They were very helpful and both times reimbursed me the purchase price. I am so glad I purchased the protection plan! Totally recommend!
