My fitness trackers work hard so I always buy a two or three year plan. These usually pay off for me, I wish I didn’t need them but it’s nice to have it when my watch breaks down. These palms are easy to file a claim with and claims get processed fast.

It was easy to access Asurion warranty through their web site and they were quick to cover the malfunction of my Fitbit. The process was fairly easy to navigate the claim, however, I was unable to acquire the shipping label as it kept saying it couldn't be found. I had to do a Live Chat to have it sent to me. I used Asurion again to warrant my new Fitbit replacement. Keep in mind that they DO NOT compensate any taxes originally paid which was a disappointment, but perhaps all warranty companies do that? ... show more

    • My Saving Grace...
Normally I reject purchasing added protection for things. But this time I was very grateful that my son paid extra on the extended protection for the Aftershokz he got me last year for Mother's Day. It was worth it! As this was the third Aftershokz I've had to replace in the last 2-1/2 years! Although they were still under warranty through the manufacture, the damage on these headphones was not covered by them. My saving grace was remembering that my son had also purchased the extended ASURION Protection; and they immediately processed and approved my covered purchased product.
