Honestly? I bought this used, in excellent condition and the only damage was a small spot on the exterior box. It was my first expensive headset and was recommended by over 10 of my cross-platform gaming friends. For my PlayStation, it’s been a blast. I can hear SFXs from games that I didn’t know had sound (like Sparxs wings from Spyro) and using it to listen to ASMR was an amazing decision. With the mix amp in use I can change settings with ease and clearly hear people’s footsteps in MW3 and just enough of my party chat and less of my weapons. Granted, some YouTube videos were needed because I’m a little slow, but the set up was easy and it’s a literal game changer. The headset is very comfy and isn’t heavy and after 6 hours of gaming. My eyes hurt before my ears or head even feels close to uncomfortable. All in all I felt that it was a great purchase and I’ve enjoyed the past 2 months using them. ... show more

The headset itself sounds great. I replaced another set of wireless headset for this and they sound good. I bought renewed and only complaint I have is that the cables smelled like smoke - everting else is flawless, comfortable headset easy to connect to pc
