The A20 Wireless headset Gen 2 is designed to give you gaming audio freedom on several levels. Its 2.4 GHz signal provides an extended wireless range and with the flip-to-mute microphone you can easily choose if you want to be heard or not. Additionally, the headset’s long lasting comfort and battery life allow you to game through those marathon sessions. You can add an extra USB transmitter for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X (sold separately) for an expanded console compatibility, which means you never have to switch headsets again.

So let me begin by saying that this gaming headset is phenomenal. I’m coming from using old turtle beach headsets to the A30s and omg the sound quality is excellent. I’ve used them for COD so far but I’m 100% sure that these will deliver not matter what I play. Footsteps are loud but not too bass heavy and the sound it’s very much immersive. The build off the headphones is great and they are comfortable. I gamed all night with zero ear fatigue, the mic is not the best but it’s definitely not the worst. I love being able to switch from Xbox mode to pc, I work from home so using them for work is awesome. The Bluetooth connectivity is great also. Playing games and listening to music simultaneously is cool. Honestly overall these headsets were a great buy and I’m happy as hell I got them. They look great sound and sound great. If you’re looking to buy a headset that has general wireless connectivity along with Bluetooth these are the way to go. These will not disappoint ... show more

I have been using this headset in conjunction with my Xbox and family TV for gaming for over a year. The product has sufficient sound quality that is plenty loud, it goes much louder then my preference. When in use, the padding and sound also sufficiently cancel out surrounding noises to experience good game play. Connecting to my Xbox is a matter of plugging in a USB style dongle and turning the head phones on, be sure the Xbox sound goes to the headphones (in settings). The headphones charge through a usb C port at the base of one ear and take only a few hours to charge. The charge will last me several days of game play, they advertise 15hours, and I would agree that I get about 15hours out of each charge, maybe more. At the end of each charge the user will hear a beep letting you know that the headphones are low in power. I find that I have at least a game or two before they fail once the beeping begins (Fortnite games). This is my second set of this brand of headphones, I gave up on my first set after 3+ years of use. They began to have static in the sound making game play painful. I have had no issues with this second set, any dropping of sound or static usually means that the USB dongle has come loose and needs to be pulled out and placed back into the port on the Xbox, a very rare event. The feel of these are the best I’ve had compared to the turtle beaches i use to own. The sound quality is perfect however, I was bummed when I saw there was only 1 volume wheel instead of 2. For my personal sake, I need 2 separate volume wheels for chat and game play. Not being able to hear people talking during game play especially dropping out of the sky for Fortnite (it’s loud) bugs me. Yes I know you can go through settings but that defeats the purpose when you can do it quick on the headphones. Other than that, I still give these headphones a 5 star ... show more

I wanted to really love these headphones & I think they are good for the price you pay. I wanted white headphones for my white setup look that I have going on. They work okay for the most part. The issues I have with mine are - The sound will cut out randomly for no apparent reason. I will be in the middle of a game or playing a video & the audio cuts out for some reason. It’s easily fixed by just turning them back on but it dosent make much sense as to why they cut out especially when they are fully charged. It does not happen every time I use them but often enough. The Bluetooth range is not far at all. It is about 15/20 feet from my laptop to the kitchen. I live in a small apartment & the sound does not carry from far away at all. I wish the range was more like the AirPod quality but again, you get what you pay for. Other than those two things I really enjoy these headphones. The sound quality is great & sound proof is pretty awesome. Also the microphone works really great for me as well, I have had no issues with it so far & my partner was able to understand what I was saying perfectly. I have 2 Xbox consoles, one is in my bedroom and the other one is in the living room and I was tired of switching my headset from console to console. I looked up other headsets and eventually decided to buy the same headset because I was so happy with the Astro quality of headsets. They're very well made and sound great too. They super comfortable and I've even fallen asleep with mine on. Of course with any headset when it's brand new, it will be tighter fitting in the beginning and might squeeze a bit on your head, so adjust it to be a little more on the loose side when you first start using it, but with a little time, they'll feel like part of your head. It's so comfortable that I don't just use it when gaming, I also wear mine all over my apartment and will even wash dishes or do other chores around my house while I chat with my friends. The range of the wireless signal is very nice but if you want, you can also use a long extender cord to increase the range even more, which is what I've done so that I can even walk outside a little bit with my headset not losing signal. ... show more

This thing is ******* awesome! I've been gaming for years and this sound quality is unmatched! I can hear footsteps SIGNIFICANTLY earlier than my buddies who have headsets in the same price range or even more expensive. It also will connect via the little USB drive that plugs in to you XBOX/PC/PS5 for your gaming, but will also still connect to your phone via Bluetooth and will flawlessly play audio from both at the same time, so even though your gaming, you'll never miss a notification, or you can watch videos between matches.
