Was not a good substitute for the branded batteries my shark uses despite what the manufacturer says. They fit in but not securely like the shark batteries and would randomly shut off after just a minute or so and then would continuously shut off every 10 seconds or so after this. I purchased this replacement battery for my vacuum in Feb. I had an issue with it not wanting to charge but it's now taking a charge and holding it well.

This 4000mha battery should last longer than the original battery but it does not last quite as long as the 2450mha battery.

After charging for 48hrs the third light never stops blinking. Run life is less than my 4 year old 2500 mAh original battery. I am using a new charger, have checked voltages and compared run times. It is lighter than the original by 60 grams, in this case lighter is not better.
