  • Foam Brushes
Color: Two Inch - 20 Pack
Sorry if I sound drastic, it’s an honest opinion, I needed only a couple of these brushes but nobody sells small quantities. They were so inexpensive, I bought them. I supposed they would be regular foam brushes but they have no support! It’s the handle, and then the foam brush supported by a thin plastic. I tried to apply glue on a tile and it kept bending like a feather! I ended up using a regular brush. I only write comments when I think they can help someone. They did not work at all for my project. Cheap is cheap. ... show more

  • Not like other foam brushes
Color: Two Inch - 20 Pack
Flimsy and not like other foam brushes I'm using. Applying a coat of polyurethane the brush folds over too easily. The material is like a plastic more than a foam. Doesn't seem to absorb the varnish - just pushes it around. I will keep these for thinner paints or stains. Would not purchase again.

  • Nice brushes! Great price!
Color: One Inch - 25 Pack
I've ordered/used these sponge brushes a lot, and for the most part, they're good quality. But when I try to use them with enamel paint, the spongy part of the brush starts to break down, and I end up with little bits of sponge in the paint. This may not be the fault of the brush itself because the same thing might happen to any brand of sponge brush because it also happened with some brushes I bought at Walmart that were a different brand, but either way, it's unfortunate that I can't use these with enamel paint, which I use on all the vases and coasters, etc., that I make and sell. However, I haven't had any issues using them with Mod Podge or acrylic paint. They work just fine with those. ... show more

  • Trouble Free Spar Urethane Applicator, FIVE STARS
Color: Two Inch - 20 Pack
I purchased these because I'm lazy and didn't want to have to care for and clean brushes. AND, I didn't want those random brush hairs in my clear finish on my woodwork. How I used them... I applied exterior grade Spar Urethane to cedar and pine wood panels. These foam brushes did not fail nor did they decompose with that finish. These brushes absorb and hold enough to do continuous even lines that are several feet long without re-dipping. The key is to move slowly and allow the finish to be liberated from the brush, not constantly lifting and retouching as some do with brushes. Dip it, let the finish soak in, then put it in contact with the wood and move it along slow and steady. Three brushes, three coats, and I'm finished with nothing to clean. I definitely recommend these foam paint brushes for those tasks that require a finish that would require extensive cleaning of a traditional brush. Leaves a clear, streak and bubble free coat when applying Spar Urethane... ... show more

  • Sturdy sponge brush
Color: Two Inch - 20 Pack
These sponge brushes are so worth it. The price for the quantity and the quality are well worth it. The brushes are firm, not stiff but well made. They are firm and not all squishy like other brushes I have purchased. They also hold up a little longer. I paint a lot on wood and they do not tear on the edges nearly as fast, they also do not bend and break at the end if the wood handles. If you have ever used sponge brushes you likely know what I am talking about. I will be purchasing these again, infect I am almost out because I had to share mine just because I wanted another artist to experience these brushes. I have been buying sponge brushes from big name craft stores and I now realize all the money I have wasted on bad brushs. Seriously, I have not been paid to write this. I am just happy I found these. An artists tools are one of their most prized belongings. ... show more

  • HQ sponge brushes. All you could need!
Very good quality and a lot of brushes for the price. Has every size, and a “dot” size as well, that you could ever desire while painting with sponges. I used it to paint my turtle statue and it came out really nice! These brushes are very easy to work with and also very easy to clean! Simply wet them with warm water (and soap if you want) while they still have wet paint and you’re good to go. Of course, they will be ruined if you let paint dry into them, but that’s true for all brushes. Good sturdy handles too; I was impressed considering the low price. As you can see in my picture, you can easily paint in a normal way, and don’t have to use the sponge so it leaves a “stippling” affect unless you want to. Idk if that’s the case on paper or canvas, but definitely for ceramics and other figures. These brushes are good for adults, and have small enough handles for kids too (plus are easier to work with overall than typical brushes so they are great for kids for that reason too). I can’t imagine how you could really make these better. They aren’t flimsy or made with cheap sponges, and look exactly as they do in the picture. The listing is totally accurate, so if you read it, some reviews, and see the pictures and think these will fit your needs, I can say that they surely will! Hope this helped someone :) ps- I used “outdoor acrylic paint” 12 pack, that I found here on amazon, for repainting this turtle... and it worked great. It has held up through all weather without sealant too, so if anyone has a similar project, you should search for it on here! ... show more

  • Sturdy, inexpensive foam pain brushes
Color: One Inch - 25 Pack
Wooden stick handles that held up well with foam heads attached. Came in a bag not individually wrapped. Great for sponge painting, painting with smaller kids. We used for painting a wooden craft project with a group of 15 kids ranging from ages 5-12 and no one had an issue. The foam stayed attached and for the cost I didn't even clean them when the kids were done. ... show more

  • Tends to snag and break apart
Color: One Inch - 25 Pack
I am having issues using this on sanded wood. The foam tends to get caught on any slight imperfection and pulls apart leaving tiny pieces of foam in the finished area. I found dabbing with these works much better for me, then VERY light brushing to move tiny bubbles off the piece.
