I bought another set of the bowls and then 2 sets of these large bowl/plates (pasta plates) as well. They are sturdy and so lovely. My hubby and I have nicknamed these our "super bowls", because they are exceptional in every way and work fabulous for oversized salads. The warm white color conveniently matches my Delling plates/mugs and other LeTauci bowls. The glaze is thick and provides a fabulous glossy coating on the bowl's inside for fast and easy cleaning. Caution, they can be slippery when wet/washing. Four (4) easily stack, though it's a casual, off-balance stacking; I love the natural look. The large capacity is perfect for mega salads (it catches spinach leaves attempting to jump out) or large messy meals like stuffed peppers or tacos. I'm sure they'll work great as serving bowls as well. Right now, we actually use them for meals a few times a week. I hand-wash them, so I'm unable to speak to durability in the dishwasher. ... show more
