I have been experimenting lately, with getting the chrome effect, without the gel light procedure and this brand has worked amazing. I put black polish as the base for each. I apply a clear sally hansen topcoat and wait about 1 min. I then use the sponge applicator and gently drag the pigment onto the nail. I dip the applicator a few times, in order to get good color saturation and then I gently buff. I repeat that process again and the color saturation was great and no wasting of the product. There are a few little dents in the polish, but that’s because I put them on the swatch ring before they were completely set.
