This was a little heavier than I thought it would be but I guess weight equals quality. It's been on my wall for probably a year or more now. I've reordered this mirror with the hope of "shipping handlers" respecting the rather small notation that the package contains a mirror - but from my experience w/this packageing and mirror "heft" - I will likely receive a similar result. The mirror (if undamaged) will be superbly excellent. brian graebel 5 days later - (very quick) reordered mirror arrived. Packageing again shows signs of rough handling - small penitrations thru cardboard and styrofoam - however mirror undamaged - and as i said before superbly excellent & i'll add one more - EXQUISITE. Thicker styrofoam (2", 3" top & bottom) to protect from penitrations & resist flexing would enhance shipping results. brian graebel ... show more

Ordered this mirror in April 2024. By June 2024 this mirror came crashing down and shattered into pieces because the brad on the back of the mirror was not put on correctly. Called Amazon and they suggested I contact Manufacturer. Have called (they have no message with their number) and left multiple messages. Wrote in on their website a few times with no response and sent Sales@ messages with no response. Poor quality an NO customer service options to receive an exchange or refund.
